I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Jonny as I had seen his incredible work online. When I arrived he asked me to point out what I was unhappy with and when I showed him, he recommended that I didn’t have anything done as I did not need it. I was expecting to pay a lot of money today, he suggested I spend that money in Selfridges and come back in a few years. An extremely genuine and accomplished doctor and I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

Great service, Dr Jonny took time to understand what I was looking to achieve and advised accordingly. Very happy with the results and will be using again.

I came to Dr.JB's clinic after following his work on instagram. I loved his approach to the natural enhancement of ones unique features! I really was just looking for a little refresh in certain areas of my face to elevate what was already there. As a first time patient, I was really nervous and Dr.JB took his to carefully explain the procedure to me. My treatment went well and I headed of home! After about 3 days, the right side of my face was pretty swollen and I started to get very nervous that something had gone wrong bc the swelling was quite asymmetrical. I wrote Dr.JB late on a saturday and he responded right away on that same sunday! He asked me to do a few tests and send some pictures and explained that this was just normal swelling and sometimes can effect one side worse than the other. And he was exactly right, it went away a few days later and all was normal. The results looks absolutely gorgeous! For a doctor that Im sure is very busy, it was honestly incredible that he responded right away (and on a sunday!). I was so nervous and the fact that he was proactive and aware of my concern really put me at ease. It's clear that he cares about his patients and is passionate about what he does.

I've waited 2 months to give a review, because I think I was afraid to jinx the results? Silly, but I had a lot of anxiety about facial filler especially in the midface and tear trough. I've never had filler before, and I did not consider myself someone who would ever do so because I had seen only "bad" filler results: overpuffed, unnatural. This is classic perspective bias, because good filler goes unseen. I'm nearly 40 and after some accidental weight loss this year, I suddenly felt like I did not look like myself. After a great deal of research, I went to JB Aesthetics because the posted pictures matched what I wanted for myself: natural results. I also considered going to ocular surgeons because as I mentioned I was concerned about safety, but ultimately the results of those I found online didn't match the aesthetics I saw on JB's site. Dr Betteridge has wonderful bedside manner, very calm, reassuring, and happy to answer my questions. The results have been amazing. People closest to me that know my face can't tell that something has been done, just that I look better. And I look more like I did 10 years ago. I'm very pleased. I encourage anyone considering filler to go here, as I feel confident Dr Betteridge and his team will tell you if filler won't benefit you and will only give an amount that will provide natural results.

I have recently had tear trough and mid cheek filler with dr Johnny at JB Aesthetics and I would say the experience was an overall 10/10. The experience started with conversations back and forth with their clinic coordinator who asked me specific questions relating to the procedures I would like to get done. Olivia is very professional and replies in a timely manner. Dr Johnny then gave specific advice according to a couple photos I was asked to send in and one thing I was very impressed with was how dr Johnny advised against lip filler for me rather than booking me in for every treatment I had planned as he said my lips were symmetrical and proportionate for my face shape. This definitely made me feel I could trust him with my face! The results are so natural looking and I definitely think they have preformed miracles! Thank you so much team!

Professional, has integrity and is kind. Dr Jonny runs a very professional business. From his and Olivia’s conduct, to all the automated emails. Everything is spot on. A rarity these days. His clinic is spotless and comfortable. He talks through everything and really wants to know you and what you want from the treatments. He’s always asking if you’re happy with his suggestions, if you’re ok while treatment is going on and if you have any questions. There is no pressure at all. I cannot stress how important this level of professionalism is. Dr Jonny has the highest level of integrity and wants the best for his patients. He advises, and won’t do unnecessary treatments. He sets expectations and you know you’re in safe, knowledgeable hands. Dr Jonny is such a sweet, lovely person and you feel that as soon as you meet him. I felt like I’d known him years. I had a full face rejuvenation/ rebalancing (8ml) with Dr Jonny and I couldn’t be in better hands. Dr Jonny took the time to understand what my goals are, reviewed pictures of me 10 years ago and explained to me in detail the treatment plan. The aesthetic approach is natural (nothing more than I have lost in the face over the years), bespoke with great attention to detail. I recently approached this clinic about a few procedures I was interested in (I live overseas and heard about Dr Jonny and wanted to see him when I came to uk) but after reviewing my pictures Dr Jonny said it would not yield any results and I didn't need the treatment.
